Helping a manufacturer of connected healthcare devices to connect with new audiences globally.

Zinx (then IvyHealth), a manufacturer of unique connected healthcare devices and a user-friendly app, approached Jooba for assistance after having to go back to the drawing board on their initial brand.

The team joined us for a creative workshop in which we discussed their challenges and goals. We collaborated together to create an innovative new name and brand guideline, which allowed us to begin expanding on the company's overall brand and identity.

With healthcare devices being a fast-growth market, it was vital that we focused on what made Zinx unique amongst the competition. The comprehensive integration of nutrition, fitness and telemedicine with connected devices made the platform stand out, and opened opportunities in countries where healthcare isn't as readily available.

Jooba's mission was the ensure that this distinction was present on the marketing materials and the messaging plan, we worked closely with the team to devise a white-paper which explained the platform's usability, and assisted with promotional materials to support the company's global expansion goals.

Encompassing four key healthcare pillars into a clear and consistent brand for users to engage.

Another essential piece of content to ensure the Zinx mission was clearly illustrated and accessible, was to create an exciting new video that represented the company's new brand identity most effectively. We needed the video to affirm why the telemedicine aspect of the app was so vital in today's world, and also have a motivational fitness undertone throughout.

The video enabled the Zinx team to explain to future shareholders and customers exactly how the app and devices worked, and why they were so particularly important at this moment in time.

"The Jooba team and their hard work was essential for us to breathe new life into our vision after a new brand was required. Jooba's branding and content support gave us a platform to restart our journey and begin achieving new success globally."
